+1 on the customer service of Berg. I recently bought from bryceland’s and the anthology which have similar price points and their service is so much better (including personal handwritten notes)
On the coats, I have the navy from permanent style and couldn’t be happier. Material, body and length are great. I have the navy because I am on the larger end and like the muted tone. You can see the Heringbone in the sun but it is a bit more subtle. Without being to critical,I think the video understated the relevance of length of a coat a bit. It adds so much good feeling 😄which you just don’t get w other garments.
I like the stuff at Berg & Berg but their customer service is abysmal. They ignored me when I asked for a return label (If you are from the UK you need to email them for one). I ended getting my refund through PayPal due to no response from the Berg & Berg after a month…
